Prior to working for RE/MAX, Jami worked in the home improvement industry for several years primarily in residential remodeling of older homes as well as one year in new construction. He takes pride in his sense of aesthetics and understanding of homes that stems from this previous career. He also finds his home improvement expertise helpful for highlighting features of your property for its sale or as instruments for the negotiation of your home purchase.
Old school Silver Spring-before it sprung-native son-Jami graduated from Montgomery County Public Schools, received a BA in English Literature from Salisbury University, and recently became a certified welder for fun/to help with his hobby of furniture making and remodeling projects.
When he is not helping clients, Jami enjoys those fleeting but fantastic moments of down time by watching movies, paddle boarding, getting together with friends to play nerdy board games, and walking his fur baby (Pug) Reggie with his wife in their Silver Spring neighborhood.
In 2019 Jami was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and was named a Washingtonian Magazine Top Producer.
