I'm licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia and can speak to the entire market—including commutes and transportation needs, individual communities, and local attractions. I strongly advocate for home inspections with new construction—once pre-drywall and once after the home has been built.

Over half of my buyer clients each year are new buyers. My goal is to make this seemingly daunting process straightforward in a no-pressure, friendly, client-focused environment. ​I am not anti-rent!
