I offer free home evaluations via a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).

 

To accurately tell you what I think your home will bear on the market, I need to see your home in person instead of using an automated value tool and running comps (comparing your home to similar properties). This allows me to assess your unique property against the most recent home purchases and sales in your area, including homes that are currently active on the market or under contract.

 

From there, I provide sellers with 3 separate pricing options: As Is, Partially Renovated, and Totally Renovated. These assessments allow my clients to make an informed decision on what investments make the most sense for them. My background in construction and home improvement makes me highly skilled at suggesting low-cost, high-return repairs, and I have a roster of trusted service providers who can get your home ready for sale.
